Greetings Everyone!

Full Moon Begins April 20th 2008 @ 6:25am EST.

This full moon begins in the sign of Libra for a brief time. Then it’s energy last for approximately 3 days in the sign of Scorpio.

Who: This type of full moon usually affects those that work in the following fields: Police, Crime Investigators, Detectives, Private Investigators, Scientists, Stock Market (etrade, brokers/ people who work with money), Medical Field, Surgeons, Cemetery work and Anesthesiologist. This is just a few examples. This energy also affects those born in November regardless of day.

What: During this type of moon influence, we hear or see in the news about crimes of passion, or extra marital affairs. Scorpio does have to do with sex and sensuousness. The moon is the emotional element. Combine these 2 energies and this is why we hear of certain people heading for the divorce court over an affair. We have choice with this energy, so it is better to be forewarned and think before we act.

Where: Scorpio or AKA its planet Pluto, rules Russia. We can hear about Russia in the news or through other means. With a full moon, one must keep their cool, perhaps even stay at home and read a good mystery novel. That is a healthier form of entertainment for this Scorpio energy. Scorpio loves mystery, the unexplained and metaphysical topics. This is a good time to invest in a metaphysical class or lecture.

People: On the unfortunate side of Scorpio this type of energy produces those who go on shooting rampages such as in our schools and elsewhere. As mentioned, we have choice in all things; we can use this energy to the positive. The positive way is to rebirth ourselves with higher knowledge, spiritual and other metaphysical endeavors. Even if we generate a new perspective, we can do that with the help of this next full moon.

Other notations: A nice visual of the Scorpio energy is transforming oneself like the caterpillar into the butterfly. We end certain phases of our lives to enter into something completely new.

New Moon Ritual

Greetings Star-Gazers,

Wednesday August 23rd we have the New Moon in Virgo. One thing I always like to inform you on is a good ritual and when to do it. Virgo is the sign of purity, discipline, organic, natural/nature and homeopathic elements. So on the morning of the new moon I would recommend speaking and writing your wishes and goals. Then, I would make this day of eating organically, take a walk in nature, purifying your mind, body and soul to the body temple says Virgo. Even planting a good garden of vegetables and fruits for the last time during the summer. A nice calming meditation as you prepare for the day to close and go to bed.

Virgo is disciplined and for whatever you have wished for, desired or want to accomplish, you have at least the Virgoan disciplined energy to help you. Ask it to help you to stay the course.

Full Moon August 8th-10th 2006

Greetings Friends,

I have noticed this pattern every August during the full moon, there tends to be an earthquake in Japan i.e. 6.7 and up.

Well, as I have written many times, our moon has an affect on our tides, earth, water and the water in our bodies. It tugs and pulls in a strong way. It affects our moods and under the right conditions, really gets our energy up and going.

Aquarius rules Japan. This August 8th through the 10th, we have a full moon in Aquarius, therefore we can expect to see earthquakes in Japan. That full tug on our earth will stretch it out.

Aquarius also rules aeronautics, ballistics, explosives, new age technology and sudden movements like earthquakes, hurricanes and even volcanoes. These areas will be in the news during these specific dates.

Bodywise- It rules the heart and electrical system. Watch those areas folks. If you feel something not right, seek the help you need. This is a natural occurrence in the emergency rooms during this time. I know, I used to work in Cardiology.

Moon in Cancer

Greetings All Star Gazers,

Today is May 28th and through the 31st we will have the energy of the Moon in its own sign of Cancer.

Very important here because we have the moon which pulls on the waters on our Earth as well as our bodies. The moon/cancer governs the womens reproductive areas. Therefore, if your due date of your pregnancy is in the first few days of June, chances are the moon will use its energy to bring the bundle of joy into this world a day or so sooner.

Also once again the tides are affected, so you surfers and those on boating adventures just keep your awareness more alert of your surroundings.

Do not allow the force and the magnetic pull of the moon in cancer to become too over emotional and do irrational things. Thinking irrational and acting on them are 2 different things.

The positive side to all of this, is a time to spend with family and friends on this holiday weekend. Cancer rules family and foods. So have a great time with a good BBQ and the company of loved ones.

Moon in Libra

Today is May 5th so happy Cinco De Mayo.

For May 8-10th we will have Moon in Libra. Any industries related to the Justice Department, Courts System, Mediators, negotiators, Judges will be affected by this lunation.

This is a good day if we use and channel the energies appropriately to bring balance to anything that is off kilter. Whether that is a business transaction, marriages, agreements or with our Government negotiating terms where both sides win with other countries. Libra is of the scale to bring all things to a harmonious resolution and balance.

For others who feel a sense of injustice may use revenge type tactics. Always try to use the good side of the Zodiac Signs. No different when offered a drivers license, it is our responsibility to use it with good judgement and good intentions. Not to go out and run someone over with such a license.

Some may see Union people going on strike due to an injustice in their opinions and that is also a healthy way to use this Libra.

The United Nations will most likely be in the forefront especially these 3 days.

Full Moon in LEO

From February 10th, 2006-13th, 2006

For those whom enjoy astrology realize that many comments are made through symbolism. An example would be nourishment. We tend to think that nourishment is food for the most part. Actually it can be in spiritual form, emotional or physical. We get nourishment in many forms.

This month we tend to think of matters relating to the heart, because it is the month in which Valentine's occurs. So with matters relating to love and romance, we open our hearts literally and even figuratively to receive and give love.

It also happens to be "heart month" with the Cardiologists and American Heart Association. So they are hoping we are in love and with good healthy heart. Symbolically speaking as well as figurative here, I underscore the actual heart. As the full moon progresses, be alert to those around you that may be signaling distress or discomfort of the heart.

We tend to hear at this time on the news of celebrities having strokes and heart attacks. The full moon in Leo (leo rules heart and celebrities or famous people). Just be alert and not be frightened. Sometimes being informed like a weather prediction you can be prepared with this notice. Also for those who work in the emergency room. (I tend to write for them alot as well for these purposes).

Hi Everyone and Happy New Year!

January 7-9th 2006

On a light note-right now we have the moon in Taurus. We can easily use this awesome sign which is ruled by the Goddess of love and beauty (Venus) to enjoy some nice wine and candlelight dinners. This lunation is good for shopping and or a nice relaxing massage. Either way, I chose a lighter side to this lunation.

Moon in Gemini. For those born in June, you can pretty much expect to be chatting up a storm...either on the phone, internet or in person. For those who have chimed me about health, just watch the lung area (especially during cold & flu season). Gemini also rules big cities like Chicago, New York (Manhattan), Los Angeles and San Francisco. If you are in these areas and notice more emotional outbursts, crazy road rage and other acting out behaviors, just understand it is the moon and this air signs combination.

12th 5:50 a.m. to 14th Full Moon in Cancer.

This is where the crazy stuff can happen. From wild high surf tides in the oceans, earthquakes in the United States because Cancer rules the U.S. and lunatics landing themselves in jail for emotional outbursts that cannot be tolerated in public. Flooding because of the tides can be a factor in this.

And definitely those whom are close to birth will feel the tug of the Moon. Be prepared Mom's. Even if you are due at the end of the month, this lunation can bring that bundle of joy into our world much faster.

Some are just happier to stay at home, watch a good movie with a batch of popcorn during the full moon which actually is on Saturday 14th.

Full Moon in GEMINI/Cancer

Greetings and Happy Holidays to everyone!

December 14th-17th 2005

Let's watch for that full moon upcoming on December 15th in the sign of Gemini/Cancer. This moon lunation has major affects on our psyches (hence the term lunatic). It affects the tides in the ocean (tsunami's) or very high rip-tides and currents in our oceans and open seas.

For those who like to surf, just be aware that this type of tide has no mercy. Just be alert and aware of your surroundings.

This same full moon in Gemini/ Cancer is what provokes earthquakes. This coupled with intense gravitational pull of the full moon it brings about Tsunami's following such earthquakes.

Do not allow the melancholy feel of a full moon in Gemini/Cancer get you down, it does pass in a few days. Go with the flow.

I tend to think those tropical areas and areas that feel tropical like Hawaii and Florida are more affected in this full moon in Gemini/Cancer than other places.

If baby's are due around this time, they most likely will be born on that full moon so be ready Mom's.

Moon in Sagittarius

Welcome!

The time frame given above is when the Moon will be in Sagittarius. What does this mean for the world in general?

First we must realize that the moon gives us humans an emotional response to life, otherwise we would be robots.

Sagittarius rules: law enforcement (like speeding tickets, the book of law or rules and regulations), educational institutions, photography, veterinarians, Newspaper Reporters and Travels or travel agents. These are to name a few properties of Sagittarius.

Driving: So what we have are people flying down the freeways and roads and end up getting speeding tickets, so be alert and watch your driving.

Travel: plans may be delayed, canceled or re-routed-so plan ahead and be patient.

Forestry workers: make sure you are watching the dry brush today. Sagittarius does rule fire and or firemen. Let's hope they do not need to be called for anymore wild fires.

Journalists or newspaper industries: They will make the news themselves over these two days. This goes to the heart of my website, "karma" you will see rewards for those who have done good and reprimands for those who have not.

Positive ideas: Get out there in nature and go fishing. Anything outdoors will lift the spirits and give you an energy boost!
