The last time the Dragon's Head was in Aquarius and Dragon's Tail in Leo was May 29th, 1989 to December 15th, 1990. This is a great time to reflect back to those dates and look for things that occurred in our world, community and then your own life. Look for patterns or repeating themes. If you were born during the Dragon's Head in Aquarius and Tail in Leo it has returned. It takes approximately 18 years to make a full cycle in all 12 houses or departments of one's chart.

This includes any Karmic rewards or Karmic debt. It works toward the good karma as well as bad/negative. This will begin January 7th, 2008 and completes its cycle on July 20th, 2009 at 8:45AM. As we approach January 7th, 2008 however, we will see these energies begin picking up steam. In other words, making the news or in our lives.

These are subjects we may be talking about now, but intensified and magnified during the time of this Dragon's head and tail reign. Watching the dates is important. It is a full 18-month cycle.

Also those who work in these industries will make the news. They will be affected with the changes, challenges and restructuring that their industry is going through. This can be, but not limited to new laws, rules, policy changes and or procedures to complete rebuilding.

What elicits the change can be a wide variety of reasons. What is important to know is that there will be changes.

Now for those who work in these industries, are typically born in February or August. Perhaps you can see how many people you know that are born in February or August and if they match any descriptions above.

HEADLINES & NEWS

So what will really make the news during these 18 months? Well for starters we will see the biggest rise in patents and inventions. People have some of the best ideas during this Aquarius/Leo reign.

Remember the light bulb invented by Thomas Edison? Well how about new and improved ones or light in a new way. A note here, Thomas Edison was born on February 11th 1847. It appears our former inventors of technology will be brought to the forefront in order to make changes to their current inventions. We shall build on those inventors whom have passed.

Steve Jobs, the Apple Co-founder was born February 24th, 1955 and his partner Steve Wozniak, was born August 11th, 1950. We will see major changes in their industry in addition to their personal life. This does include their physical body/health. For both Co-Founders, this can take form in agreements, negotiations, contracts, mediations and or arbitration. This may be necessary for these new changes.

The word futuristic will be a common choice word during this time frame. From the latest and greatest electronic devices/gadgets or new computers like never before. It will be like the futuristic cartoon the "Jetsons". That was a cartoon made many years ago. Ironically that is almost the age we live in. One day we probably will be flying around in a little aircraft they had just to go to the supermarket.

The discussion of a new "technological revolution" will be the front running topic. In fact all the items mentioned in the description boxes above will be the ones going through this new age transition. Time to upgrade literally and figuratively. Some methods and ways of doing things are just outdated.

People breaking records in the Guinness book of world records will happen as well. Remember our Virgin Atlantic owner Richard Branson? He went around the world in a hot air balloon. He also wants to build a rocket to go to space. This is the type of thing we will see more of.

People will be reporting some of the most awesome UFO sightings to date with proof, video etc. Who knows, maybe even provable UFO encounters.

Possible nuclear threats more heightened than any previous years. Perhaps to the point of even launching a nuclear weapon during these 18 months. Aquarius rules nuclear materials as well as its launching devices. Let's hope and pray not!

Star wars concepts will be in the news more often and discussed on many news stations.

We will also see a wonderful increase in Humanitarian efforts and relief. Let's just hope it isn't as a result of any new issues or disasters than we have now. This can be to and for our troops, Red Cross and so many other types of humanitarian industries. This also means change within these types of humanitarian industries as well.

In fact our famous people will be in the forefront asking for help and support. This will increase during this time frame more than years past.

For those born in February or August regardless of the day:

Anyone born in February or August will be going through major changes, challenges, corrections and restructuring in 2 specific houses of your life. This will be your first house and seventh house.

In any house/department of your life, the law of Karma applies. What you do, say, or think, is what you get in return. Don't forget, this is to the positive as well. Some people tend to forget that Karma is good also.

First house governs: self/innate abilities/physical body/image we project to world

Seventh house governs: facing the world/contracts/negotiations (mediation & arbitration if needed resides in this house) /marriage partners/business partners.

Let's begin with the first house of self, talents, innate abilities, health, ego and how people see you or image you project out.

The first question is how have you treated your body in the last 18 Years? How have you utilized your gifts and talents? Is it to the good or not? Even how you "think" is affecting health and body, so ask yourself how you are thinking of life, others, self, marriage partners and business partners?

How is the ego? Is it in check or do you tend to run roughshod over others and need a little feedback from the Universe, by using another human to let you know you are way over the line?

Even if you do not know if your Ego is in check, the Universe will answer it for you through various signs, circumstances, people, places and or events. This is a natural biofeedback mechanism in the Universe that will inform you if you are within your limits or way over the line in anything you do, say or even think.

As I write these predictions, we are currently seeing how Rosie O'Donnell is being affected in her 1st and 7th houses. Especially affecting her in the 7th house of business partners and facing the world. For her currently, this is where the negative tail of the dragon is currently sitting for change, correction and challenge. As I write this she has just left her show "The View". Perfect example. This has nothing to do with how we think, whether she is right or wrong. The Universe or Karma however does know.

With respect to your innate abilities and talents, If you have not utilized or tapped these in the last 18 + years, then the Universe will start creating circumstances and situations to move mountains and oceans to get you to tap those innate abilities. It will get louder and keep presenting itself to you in various ways to get your attention and sometimes as in most cases; it has to be really loud to get your attention. How about getting fired? Now that will get your attention. So listen and pay attention to things going on around you.

This same concept also applies to how you are with your health, marriage, love partner, business partners, any agreements or negotiations. If it is time for change or restructuring, the Universe will start creating various circumstances to create change. If you resist, it persists.

The Universe wants to get you where you need to be rather where you think you need to be. It is called surrendering to the greater good. Would you rather it be just be a knock at the door or having the wrecking ball come full force into the front door? Choice is yours.

It is like with CPR. This has the look, listen and feel method. The Universe wants you to do the same thing with respect to these two main houses or departments of your life.

In this 7th house this can be special for those born in February or August to get married or at minimum meet a new love. If already married then two types of possibilities can occur here; it can be either divorce or just a restructuring of the marriage. Some people go to counseling to "revive" the marriage and therefore it is a restructuring of the marriage. We see people reviving with couple's retreats and much more nowadays. It could be just a new agreement about their lifestyles and living in a whole new location. It does not always mean divorce.

There is no doubt that after this whole 18-month window of time, you will face the world much differently. You will be able to reflect back from the entire 18-month reign of the Dragon's Head and Tail and have a sense of an inner & outer change.

So in closing to you folks born in February and August, pay special attention to your health. February/Aquarius rules the electrical impulses, panic attacks, spinal cord, synapses in brain, wiring in the brain and August/Leo rules the Heart area. Also note that you may be having a business partner change and if that includes a whole different career, then so be it. Marriage could be in the picture for those not married and for those who are married will go through a restructuring and that includes separation/divorce. Or those who are married will revive their marriage in a new way.

Health News

We will see an increase in research and development for Autism and with an increase in defining "indigo children." There will be also new heart devices and heart issues that will be in the media. Issues dealing with Alzheimer's, electrical stimuli issues in the body and basically the wiring of our body may see new devices and or technology to help with these types of things. This includes Multiple Sclerosis and Nervous system. In addition, we will hear about new studies and also approaches to relieving anxiety and panic attacks.

Geographical locations:

Japan is top on the list here with more earthquakes than usual.

We will see a rise in earthquakes, tsunami's, volcano's, and eruptions/explosions. If we were to compare this to the past several years, it will be considered a big increase.

Example: the last time the Dragon's Head was in Aquarius in 1989, we had the Loma Prieta Earthquake on October 18th, 1989 in Northern California.

Italy and France will see major changes as well with the Dragon's Tail sitting in Leo (Leo rules France and Italy). They will be going through every kind of change you can think of, such as: Economic, government, laws, jobs and so on. The big changes, in other words.

The types of movies we will see during this time are your "Back to the Future" with Michael J. Fox, UFO, outer space and space odyssey flicks.

Movies with hi-tech planes, aeronautics and their pilots.

We could also see a rise in movies based on true stories of former famous people, infamous living or dead. This is because Leo rules the famous and infamous people, for past and present.

Perhaps movies with time machines. Warping time and time travel like Einstein spoke about are also related to this theme. Star Trek is a great example of that futuristic concept.
