The areas specified in the box above, will make the news and will be talked about more than usual. Our news anchors will find these topics to be the headlines.

These are subjects we may be talking about now, but intensified and magnified during the exact time of this dragons head and tail reign. Watching the dates is important.

Also for those whom work in these industries will make the news; such as new laws; restructuring or rebuilding from scratch. New rules may apply due to outdated ones that may not fit the current needs or standards.

It may be that an event or circumstance will be the reasons for these changes. Example, one of the areas being affected is the alcohol industry. Whether it is mothers against drunk driving, a famous person or an unusual event happening right at a brewing plant or the selling of alcohol facilities, that triggers the changes; that is what is not known yet.

Usually it is events, circumstances and unique occurrences that will elicit such changes, but the bottom line will be, that they will go through changes.

This understanding pretty much covers all the other industries and geographical locations mentioned above in the chart.

Those born in March and September are most affected by this one. Regardless of the day, these people will be going through significant changes in their lives. The intensity of these changes are all based on the karmic law of what you put in, is what you are getting back. This applies not only to how you treat others, but your own body, self, others, work, your spouse, gossip and so on.

It is your first house of innate abilities/body/how others see you and then your seventh house of marriage, business partners and legal contracts.

These areas must go through a complete and total restructure for physical, spiritual, emotional and mental growth. Resisting change, will only delay the inevitable growth that needs to take place. As a Life-Coach, I would encourage those born on these months to find a place inside that says, there is something grander in this Universe than me and it must know what is best for me than I do. After this head and tail, you will come out of it with the understanding of the "whys." Those answers will be there, but not until then.

The karmic law also applies to what you have not done yet in your life. In other words, if your innate gifts from birth have not been utilized or tapped, then something will trigger that during this time for those born in March or September to take another look at those gifts/talents.

For those born during these months and are being called home to "your" God, you shall be missed and may you rest in peace.

Hurricanes:

The big question most people are asking me is how about the hurricanes? The year of 2006 will be the most dramatic of them all. We will continue to see these go until 2011. The peak seems to be, 2006.

Iraq War:

It appears we will begin to have discussions on the withdrawal of our troops for next April. If not disclosed to the public, it will be behind closed doors. First we will see some reduction in force in April 2006, then again in September 2006.

Geographical locations:

With respect to our tropical seas, this includes Hawaii; we must be vigilant and protective. We do not need another Pearl Harbor type attack; so let's protect the waterways. Even at the deepest parts of our waters.

Pisces rules the Middle East, so with the dragon's head in Pisces we may see a positive change toward the end of this 18+ month period.

Cinematography Industries:

Expect great advances in cinematography and more filming on the Hawaiian Islands. More movies that are of dreams, paranormal, the waters/seas and cartoon type movies will be on the rise at this time.

Also more movies like Mel Gibson's "The Passion of the Christ" will be directed and produced.
