Sister Sage's astrological readings are based on the "Divine Astrology" method. This is not the traditional method used by astrologers. Divine Astrology is a method that has been rekindled over recent years based on Nostradamus' theories and principles. The basic principle is that the month you are born in, regardless of the day, begins your natal birth chart.
This method has neither mathematical jargon nor any use of squares, trines or conjunctions. It is a straightforward and easy method to understand.
There are 12 departments, known as houses, to every individual's chart. Using the illustrations below, the one on the left indicates what each house or department represents.
The illustration on the right is demonstrating how a chart would appear if your birth month began in January, like Oprah Winfrey. This is a great example of how the birth month begins the 12 departments in the chart.
Therefore, this means that Oprah Winfrey's first house of "self" or personality is a Capricorn due to her birth month and her sun sign is Aquarius of possesions in her second house.
