December 2018 Astrological Information
We have arrived in the month of December, which is our last month of the calendar year.
In Divine Astrology all of the month of December is regarded as the sign of Sagittarius. The lucky planet of Jupiter governs the sign of Sagittarius.
This sign refers to our growth, expansion and explorations of knowledge, which is always exciting. In addition, it is a sign of truth-seeking.
So for this month, take some time to go within. As we turn toward our winter solstice, reflect and seek your truths. |

Lucky Planet of Jupiter
Since I just mentioned December/Sagittarius and ruling planet, it is a great time to share what is new. The lucky planet of Jupiter has moved into in its own sign of Sagittarius. Another way of saying this, Jupiter is at home.
On November 8th, 2018 this commenced and will remain for about 12 months.
Jupiter is considered the lucky planet and represents growth, expansion and opportunities.
Sagittarius is about mental exploration, philosophies, studies and traveling the world, via internet or literally world traveling. |

The Cosmic Mother
On November 15th, 2018 through June 4th, 2020, the new Dragon's Head in Cancer and Dragon's Tail in Capricorn commenced. Those are the months of July and January respectively in divine astrology.
In my book I forecast for you what each month's potential changes that may take place and in what area or department of your life. Here I wanted to give a loving focus on the sign of Cancer. She is governed by the Moon. She is what I call our Cosmic Mother or others refer to her as the Divine Feminine.
Due to where my stars are placed, I have found myself a little more sensitive than other times because of this influence. |

Some may really notice this either within themselves or even in our social media or watching more women become elected in politics. This energy can influence in different ways. Cancer and the moon regulate our emotions, take note of them.
Also Cancer rules the United States. Capricorn rules England. During these times between November 15th, 2018 and June 4th, 2020, there will be major changes in these locations.
Look for the months of January and July for changes too. For some it is a move, new career and various other changes, depending on where your Cancer and Capricorn reside in your charts.
Capricorn is earth, where Cancer is water. These two signs are complimentary, are in harmony and rapport with one another.
For the last 18 months we have been under the influence of lots of air and fire, so having earth and water are a wonderful welcome. |
Retrograde reminders
Mercury Retrograde : November 16th, 2018 to December 6th, 2018.
Question: What has happened since the last retrograde, which was July 25th, 2018 to August 18th, 2018?
Review and reflect during this period. This is a wonderful time to journal your dreams and it includes day dreaming. Your subconscious is a little more pronounced at this time (opened/downloads) and your daily conscious mind tends to go fuzzy, as some people say.
Venus Retrograde : She was retrograde on October 5th to November 16th, 2018
Now that some time has passed since it went direct let’s ask ourselves the question below.
Question : Have you noticed changes within relationships during this retrograde time period?
I have noticed not only with myself, but in talking with others, how significant this really was. |
New Moon/Full Moon/Winter Solstice
It is good to remember that from the new moon to full moon, the light is green. Time to plant your seeds of intentions on the new moon and watch them blossom up to the full moon.
New Moon : Friday, December 7th, 2018 in the sign of Sagittarius at 2:20 AM EST.
Full Moon : Saturday, December 22nd, 2018 in the sign of Cancer at 12:49 PM EST.
Tides are high, surfs are up with this influence. Also our emotions are magnified. As we go about our holiday festivities, be mindful and ground yourself often. |
